Pls contact us any time when you have difficulty in using the instruments, we will provide equipment operation manual, operation video and so on. We can also provide training acoordingly.
4. When can I receive the goods?
Ordinary non customized models will be delivered within 7 working days. The transportation time is determined by the logistics company, and the general transportation time is 5-7 days.
5. How to deliver?
For domestic customers, we usually provide door-to-door service. For customers overseas, we usually deliver the instruments to the designated  places.
6. How about the packing ?
Wooden cases or hard boxes are used to prevent possible damage during transportation of the instruments.
7.How about the warranty?
Usually warranty is 12 months.
