Product Description

Test purposes    
The battery thermal shock tester simulates that the battery is placed in a high temperature box with natural convection or forced ventilation, and is heated to the set test temperature at a certain heating rate and maintained for a certain period of time. The hot air circulation system can ensure uniform working temperature distribution.

Product Application
Battery thermal shock test chamber is an analog battery placed in a high temperature tank with natural convection or forced ventilation, and is heated to a set test temperature at a certain heating rate for a certain period of time. The hot air circulation system ensures uniform distribution of working temperature.

Test Method :
Put the battery sample into the test box with the original temperature of  20±5ºC , then rise the temperature to 130±2ºC at the rate of (5±2ºC) per minute. Keep the temperature for 10 min. The battery is qualified if no fire or explosion.
