Test principle: a sample of a certain diameter is clamped into the jaws of two specified sizes through the guide sleeve, and the button is pressed to make the sample bend 90° to the left and right. After the sample breaks, the sample is automatically stopped, and the number of bending is recorded.
This machine is widely used in steel, construction industry, prestressed steel wire, wire rope, and wire cable manufacturers. Applicable to Ф0.3-Ф10 metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, can also be used for other metal bending tests.

Structural characteristics and working principle
The test machine is mainly composed of two parts: the main machine and the electrical measurement and control system.
