How to maintain the environmental test chamber ? When you are in an environmental chamber testing laboratory, You may need the environmental chamber insulation or environmental chamber testing services. The below are some guidance which may helpful for you when you are processing the environmental chambers repair work. Try to find local environmental test chamber manufacturers and inquiry their benchtop and walk in environmental chamber price is a good idea !

1. The refrigerating system (France Tecumseh Compressor), condenser parts shall be maintained regularly and kept clean. Dust sticking the condenser will make the environmental chamber compressor high pressure switch jump off and produce false alarm, the condenser should be regularly maintained every month. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust on the condenser heat release screen or use a hard brush or a high-pressure air nozzle to blow the dust clean after starting the environmental chamber.

2. The overtemperature protection device of distribution box set data, Please don't revise without environmental chambers manufacturers permission. This protection switch is used to protect heating tube and humidifying tube from air burn-out and water shortage alarm. Set Point = Temperature Set Point (+20ºC~+30ºC)

3. When environmental chamber is working, temperature in the test room rises to the set point of the over-temperature protector, the power supply of the heater will be stopped and the over-temperature warning light will be on, but the fan will still be running. If the over-temperature protector is running for a long time and unattended, Before operation the environmental chambers next time, Please make sure to check the overtemperature protector, whether it is set properly.
