KL6800 X-ray fluorescence multi-element analyzer is a new type of computerized desktop analytical instrument. It breaks through the domestic common multi-element analyzer and only analyzes the four elements of Al2O3, SiO2, CaO and Fe2O3. It can also analyze SO3 and mixed materials. The input volume is a five-element analyzer that integrates the analysis functions of the X fluorescence calcium-iron analyzer, silicon-aluminum analyzer, and sulfur analyzer; and automatically calculates the KH, SM, and IM three-rate values. Compared with the imported large-scale X fluorescence spectrum analyzer, the analysis results are all within the error range. Manufacturers have said that if they knew this earlier, purchasing a KL6800 X fluorescence multi-element analyzer can save nearly one million yuan, with low operating and maintenance costs, and easy maintenance.
 
The fluorescent multi-element analyzer is displayed on the large LCD screen, and the Chinese menu prompts the operation, which is easy to use; the instrument adopts an integrated design with a high degree of integration, good reliability and easy maintenance. Using a large-capacity electronic record book, you can read more than 2000 content analysis data, and avoid printing consumables. Without destroying the sample, the sample can be measured repeatedly. Mainly used to detect CaO%, Fe2O3%, SiO2%, Al2O3%, SO3% in raw meal, clinker, cement, limestone, clay, gypsum, etc.;
Detect the amount of SO3%, CaO% and mixed materials in cement.
In the cement industry, it is directly connected to the raw material rate value batching control system through the RS232 serial communication port.
