We can supply more than 20 series climate test machines to satisfy different test requirement from customers. Welcome to send your exact test conditions (inner chamber size, sample information, test temperature humidity range, vacuum range, etc.) to our sales team, then our engineer team will provide the suitable solution, sales team will send the offer to you.

After-sale service

1. Supply free parts service

Our machines standard warranty is 12 months, if you have any using problem during warranty, we will send the free parts(except consumables) to you to replace the broken parts.

2. Warranty extension service

After warranty, we can provide warranty extension service with some charge.

3. Machine repair service

If machines still have problem after replacing new parts, our service team can provide on site check&repair service, as long as user bears the transportation charges.

4. Installation service

For large volume machine or complicated machine, such as walk in temperature humidity chamber, high frequency vibration tester, thermal shock chamber, etc. On side installation service is available. At present, our service team has been to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Australia, Lebanon, Russia, Pakistan, Mexico, USA, UK to serve abroad customers.

5. Maintenance service

We can supply maintenance service, 4 times per year, all life long service with some charges.
