Application
For internal hydrostatic pressure testing of pipes. The end closures seal off the sample in order to generate internal pressure in the sample. Maximum pressure depends on standard, specifications and pipe sample diameter.

Features
  1. Special design ensures easy mounting and perfect sealing. Split type clamps help to realize automatic centering.
  2. Selected material of stainless steel with the advantages of corrosion resistance, durability and weight.
  3. Hollow-out design makes it lighter in weight, easier for observation and operation. E.g. the single-end weight of DN400 enclosure is less than 50kg and the weight of clamps is 7.3kg.
  4. End caps are produced with a specific depth from O-ring to the internal bottom which ensures that even on chamfered and oval PE pipes.
  5. Stainless steel chain is provided to avoid the lower enclosure fall on the bottom of water thank in case of specimen fails.
  6. Simple and reliable venting directly at the sample.
  7. Air resource inlet and drain port are introduced to drain water after testing for big diameter end caps.
