1.What's your MOQ?
Usually we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.
2. How about your delivery time?
Usually we have some stock for trial or small order, so just deliver them within 7 days, while, 15-25 days for large order and customized production line.
1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS),heavy weight more than 50kg,we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air
3. What's the warranty of your products?
One year Warranty with none human damage.
In this period factory will responsible for repairing it for free or factory will send the new parts to customer instead of the broken parts for free. After warranty time,factory will repair it or send the new parts on cost price.
4. How can i get your price and catalogue?

5. Can we agent your products in our country or city?
Of course. We are looking for sole agents who are willing to cooperate with us for long business term.
6. How about payment?
100% T/T in advance for small order; 30%T/T in advance as deposit; 70%T/T paid before shipment.
7. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer the sample and it's not free.
8. Could you make the products according to our special requirements?
