Q:Are your company a trading one or a factory?

Q:Which certifications do you have ?
A:We have passed the CE certification,the ISO certification ,China high-tech enterprise certificate,etc.

Q:How to choose the most suitable products?
A:Our professional team will give you the best suggestion, when you need some products to make the test, just be patient to tell us the information about your test sample, the parameters you required. Our team may help you find the best one.

Q:Does your product can be customized with my requirement?
A:Yes, of course. We have independent R&D capability with structure engineer, electrical system engineer and cooling system engineer, which enable us to keep flexibility on customer's requirements, including product size, temperature range, product color, etc.

Q:After an order is placed, when to deliver?
A:Generally about 25-30 days. If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 7 days. Please be aware that our 
production lead time depends on specific items and item quantities. 

Q:How is the product delivered?
A:Usually, sea transportation is our first suggestion for customers because its cost is less. But if customers need to ship the product by air or by rail, we can also help them.

Q:What about the  product' services and quality?
A:Each instrument must be carried out 100% quality examination and test when shipping and delivering goods. We provide a very specific operation manual. Usually, we will take a video to show how to operate as well. If customers need, we can also arrange for abroad onsite installation and training.

Q:What about the warranty with after - sale services?
A:We provide free parts replacement service for accessories with one year. We will supply free parts during machine warranty period if machine have some problems. While we also supply free life long after-sale service.
