GDSD-140 DC Hipot Test Set for Insulator Silicone RubberGDSD-140 DC Hipot Test Set for Silicone Rubber is mainly used to do breakdown test and DC hipot test of solid insulation materials (such as plastic, rubber, laminate, film, resin, mica, ceramic, glass, insulating paint and other insulation materials and insulation parts) under power frequency voltage or DC voltage.
Its electronic control system is controlled by PLC, and data acquisition method is photoelectric isolation, which can effectively solve the interference in the test process. Man-machine operation is convenient to use, and it can display the dynamic curve in real time.
Features
- Standard 7-inch (optional 10 inch high-definition screen) color LCD display, PLC control.
- HV voltage, HV current (optional intelligent high-current meter for monitoring), LV voltage, LV current synchronous isolation collection, using high-precision sensor and high-performance acquisition chip.
- Man-machine interface adopts full touch control and key operation mode, intelligent working process, automatic mode and manual mode are available.
- The independent interface displays HV voltage, HV current (wireless reading of intelligent high-current meter is optional), LV voltage, LV current, time and voltage withstand results. The high-voltage curve is displayed dynamically and intuitively.
- Complete over-voltage, over-current protection, flash-over protection, self-setting output voltage, HV current upper limit (optional intelligent high-current meter monitoring, tripping), LV current upper limit and timing.
- With zero position detection. Test is done after automatically returning to zero, safe and reliable.
- With storage up to 8000 groups of data, and data is exported to USB disk via USB disk.
- Approximate voltage regulation algorithm, withstand voltage automatic timing after reaching the set voltage. After timing voltage is automatically reduced to zero.
- When exceeding the preset LV current, voltage output will be cut off automatically and the buck voltage will be returned to zero. When exceeding the preset HV current, the high-voltage disconnector (with intelligent high-current meter monitoring and tripping) can separate the test subject and proceed the test. After the flash-over protection value is exceeded, voltage is automatically reduced to zero.
