Advantages

1) After the boost to the set value, if it doesn't breakdown within one minute, it will return to 0. 
2) After the boost to the set value, if it doesn't breakdown within one minute,It can continue to boost until it breaks down. 
These two modes are easy to calibrate and can be used as a withstand voltage tester. Just oil qualified, unnecessary breakdown. Breakdown is a destructive test.
