Usage :
It is mainly used for the determination of thermal deformation temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, hard rubber, nylon, electric insulation materials, long-fiber reinforced composite materials, high-strength thermosetting laminate materials, and the temperature of Vicat softening point. Easy to operate and accurate control, is a highly intelligent test instrument, widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units and product quality supervision and inspection units.
The machine uses a Chinese-language operating interface to monitor the test temperature in real time, draw the curve of temperature and deformation in real time, print the test report, and realize any point of the historical disk, mouse click deformation and temperature curve. The interface automatically displays the amount of deformation and temperature values at the site. High precision displacement sensor(intelligent telemeter) is used to measure deformation.
Determination of temperature at softening point of thermoplastic Vica: The temperature at which a standard pressure needle is inserted into the surface of a thermoplastic specimen at a depth of 1mm under a load condition is determined when the temperature is heated at a uniform rate.
Determination of thermal deformation temperature of plastic bending load: Determination of plastic specimen immersed in a suitable liquid heat transfer medium at an equal rate of warming. Under the action of a simple beam type static bending load, the specimen bending deformation reaches the specified temperature.

The instrument automatically balances the temperature and automatically begins to heat up. After the last sample is measured, the experiment will be automatically stopped and the data will be automatically recorded.

High Test Efficiency
A thermal deformation test can be done at the same time in a fuel tank or a Vika test. Each test site can be arbitrarily combined into a group for testing. A single warming can independently produce several test reports, which greatly improves the test efficiency.
High-precision measurement and control system
The temperature sensor with high performance and the advanced grid number display meter were used to accurately measure the small changes of the sample. The accuracy reached 5 μm. The advanced PID algorithm and the all-photoelectric isolation phase modulation module were used for heating control, ensuring that the heating rate error was less than 0.5 °C.
