Product Description

It is suitable for the drop impact strength test of packaging products such as electronic products, plastic products, toy products, and metal products. This machine simulates the damage of packaged products when they are dropped during transportation, loading and unloading, and evaluates the impact resistance of the packaged parts and the rationality of the packaging design. This machine conducts vertical impact test on the transport package by free fall. The test piece can be freely selected in advance for the drop test in three states: face, edge and corner. The drop height can be preset. When the test piece reaches the preset height, it can be automatically positioned and the drop height Can be preset.

Features:
This machine can perform free drop test on the surface, corner and edge of the package. It is equipped with a digital display height indicator and a decoder for height tracking, so that the drop height of the product can be accurately given, and the error with the preset drop height does not exceed 2% or .10mm. The machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electric control drop and electric lifting devices, which is easy to use; the unique hydraulic buffer device greatly improves the service life, stability and safety of the machine. The double-arm setting can easily place the product, and the angle error between the impact surface of the drop angle and the plane of the bottom plate is less than or equal to 5°.
