Product Description

The zero drop tester is mainly used to evaluate the impact of the packaged parts on the impact of drop during the actual transportation, loading and unloading process, and to evaluate the impact resistance strength of the packaged parts during the transportation process and the rationality of the packaging design. The zero drop tester is mainly used for the drop test of larger packages.

Features:
Mainly used for larger package drop test. The zero-drop test machine uses an "E"-shaped fork that can move down quickly as a specimen bracket, and the tested goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (surface, edge, and angle test). During the test, the pallet moved downward at a high speed and was separated from the test piece. Before the tested packaged goods fell to the bottom plate, the "E" fork was embedded in the bottom plate under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber. In theory, there is zero drop. The testing machine can perform drop test from zero height range.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
