WRS-2 Microcomputer Melting Point Meter

In according with the definition of physical chemistry, the melting point of substance means the temperature at which the substance changes from solid state to liquid state. In the field of organic chemistry, the measurement of melting point is a basic means of organic chemistry, the measurement of melting point is a basic means of recognizing the nature of substance, and is also one of the important place in the chemical industry and medicine researches. Also, the melting-point meter is a kind of necessary instrument in the production of medicines, perfumes, dyestuff and other organic crystal substances.
It adopts photoelectric automatic detection, color LCD display, digital keyboard to input different types of instruments, which can be equipped with one sample or three capillary tubes for measurement, and automatically obtain the average melting point, with automatic display of initial melting and final melting, and automatic recording of melting curve.
The temperature system uses platinum resistance with high linearity as the detection element, and adopts PID adjustment technology to improve the accuracy and reliability of the melting point.
By establishing a communication interface, working parameters can be printed or saved, and the instrument uses the capillary specified in the Pharmacopoeia as the sample tube.
