Product Description

UV aging test chamber application
1.  Simulate the sun, rain spray and condensation resulting damage to test the materials by exposure to sunlight with moisture and temperature.
2.  To get the results of damage after several days or weeks which is equal to expose to outside for a few months. The damages include fading, discoloration, brightness down, powder, crack, blur, brittle, strength decreases and oxidation.
3.   Provide reference with testing data for improvement of existing materials, or to assess the impact of changes in product durability and other aspects.

UV accelerated aging test machine features
This product uses a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp that can best simulate the UV spectrum of the sun, and combines temperature control, humidity supply and other devices to simulate the sun that causes discoloration, brightness, and intensity reduction; cracking, peeling, chalking, oxidation, etc. (UV section) Factors such as high temperature, high humidity, condensation, dark period, etc. At the same time, the single light resistance or single moisture resistance of the material is weakened or invalid through the synergy between ultraviolet light and moisture, which is widely used for weather resistance of the material For performance evaluation, the equipment has the characteristics of providing excellent sunlight UV simulation, low maintenance cost, easy to use, automatic operation cycle of the lighting controller of the equipment, high degree of automation, good lighting stability, and high reproducibility of test results.
