A: All our products enjoyed 24 months warranty since arrived in customer location.

2. What after-sales service we can get?
A: During the warranty period, we will provide free parts replacement, but the international logistics cost have to be paid by customer.
For trouble shooting, we can provide free online support for life time. In case have to go abroad for service, customer have to pay the costs for traffic, hotel, foods, and technical service. Just in case equipment have to be returned back for service within warranty, we will bear the international shipping cost, and we will send new alternative to customer.

3. What's your payment term?
