Product Description

Lubricating Grease ASTM D4048 Copper Strip Corrosion Test Apparatus

Introduction:
The Grease Copper Strip Corrosion Test Apparatus is mainly used to measure lubricating grease copper strip corrosion.

Technical Specifications:
 1. Application standard:GB/T7326 2. Temperature controlling method:Imported PID digital temperatture controller,digitally display temperature,accuracy 0.1°C,Pt100 RTD temperature sensor. 3. Temperature controlling accuracy:ambient~150±0.1ºC 4. Heating method:stainless steel oil heating 5. Total power:1200KW 6. Working units:4 7. Power supply:AC220V/50Hz 8. Timing method:digital displaying timer 9. Stainless steel bath,easy to clean 10. Electronic stirrer,with stainless steel bar and vane
Test Method:
Dip one prepared copper strip into lubricating grease sample completely, and heat it in oven or liquid bath for a period of time.Usually the adopted condition is 100ºC and 25 hours. When the test is finished, take out the copper strip to wash.Method A is comparing the test copper strip and standard color plate of corrosion strip to confirm the corrosion grade.Method B is checking if the color is changed.
