ASTM D2983 brookfield viscometer for measuring the low-temperature viscosity of lubricants



Introduction:
The brookfield viscometer is suitable for the detection of vehicle fluid lubricants with viscosity range of 1000~1000000mPa.s, such as gear oil, hydraulic transmission oil, industrial and automotive hydraulic oil.
The brookfield viscometer adopts imported rotary viscometer, which is easy to operate and high precision.
  

Main Features:
  1. The brookfield viscometer adopts the precision mandrel, meeting the requirements regulated by the standard, high test repeatability.
  2. It adopts the metal bath cold trap.
  3. Standard glass test tube, inner diameter 22~22.5mm, length 120mm.
  4. Dedicated rotary viscometer with seven-speed spindle speed.
  5. It adopts semiconductor refrigeration and it can be tested at a constant temperature of 2 hours. Compared with the traditional air constant temperature of 18 hours, the efficiency has increased by nearly 90%.
  6. Microcomputer temperature controller, PID adjustment, the temperature control range is room temperature ~ -40ºC, PT100 temperature sensor, high precision.
  7. The viscosity detection range is very large, 1,000~1,000,000mPa.s.
  8. LCD display, programmable selection of test speed and test time, automatic calculation of results.
  9. Equipped with CADON® analysis software, it can be used to correct and analyze the linearity of the viscometer.
  10. One-button automatic lifting structure, the viscometer is automatically positioned.
  11. The test tube has a locking function to prevent the viscosity from being too large to affect the accuracy of the test tube.
