 The Lapmaster Wolters Model 15 is a bench-mounted unit with a rigid, lightweight, cast
 aluminum base. The machine is of the "ring lapper" configuration, enabling high standards
 of flatness and surface finish to be routinely achieved.
 The Model 15 is derived from the popular Model 12 and features a scaled-up lapping plate,
 conditioning rings and convenient "wrap-around" worktable.

1st stage - Lapping with abrasive slurry to get flatness and base surface finish2nd stage - To achieve bright surface finish with diamond paste - dry method , the polishing cloth is necessary for 2nd stageFor lapping and polishing - special fixturing is to be done to hold the parts properly during lapping and polishingIn order to figure out the best fixture, need to know output per month, accordingly the machine size will be decided and based on the ring id, the fixture will be designed.
