Low Temperature Freeze Point Analyzer for Aqueous Engine Coolants and Aviation Fuels



Introduction:

1. The freezing point of the aviation fuel is the lowest temperature at which the fuel remains free of solid hydrocarbon crystals that can restrict the flow of fuel through filters if present in the fuel system of the aircraft.
2. The temperature of the fuel in the aircraft tank normally decreases during flight depending on aircraft speed, altitude, and flight duration.
3. The freezing point of the fuel must always be lower than the minimum operational fuel temperature.
4. The freezing point analyzer is also suitable for measuring the freezing point of aqueous engine coolant solutions by cooling a sample with continuous agitation until a plateau is observed in a time-temperature curve.



Features:

The cold bath is made of stainless steel,double glass observing window,with the advanced temperature control technology,the lowest temperature degree is -70ºC, the temperature accuracy is ±0.1ºC, fitting standard GB/T 2430,SH/T 0090 and ASTM D1177, ASTM D2386  for the freezing point test requirement.
2. Automatically judge the freezing point temperature.
