Introduction:

The Ring-and-ball softening point tester is designed and made as per GB/T4507 Standard Test Methods for Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt of National Standard of People's Republic of China , T0606 Asphalt Softening Point Test (Ring-and-Ball Apparatus) in the Industrial Standard of People's Republic of China JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering and ASTM D36 Standard Test Method for Softening of Bitumen (Ring-and-Ball Apparatus).  It is suitable for the determination of the softening point of various types of asphalt such as road petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt, etc. It is also suitable for the softening point test of all kinds of polymer modified asphalt, building asphalt, resin products with softening point not higher than 160 ºC.


Features:

1.   The Ring-and-ball softening point tester adopts microcomputer control, true color touch screen operation and display, linear heating of electric heating tube, automatic stirring of bath liquid, etc. The operation mode is convenient.  

2.   The Ring-and-ball softening point tester can test the softening points of two samples at the same time. After the test is completed, an average value is automatically generated, the instrument beeps and automatically tests the results, the measurement results are stable and reliable.
