GD-8017A Automated RVP ASTM D323 Reid Method Vapor Pressure Tester for gasoline and volatile crude oilIntroduction:
1. The Automatic Reid Method Vapor Pressure Tester is made and designed as per national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T 8017 Petroleum Products- Determination of vapor pressure- Reid method. It can also be used to do determination according to ASTM D323 Standard Test Method for Vapor Pressure of Petroleum Products (Reid Method).
2. The ASTM D323 Reid Method Vapor Pressure Tester is used to make determination for vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products.
3. The Petroleum Vapor Pressure Apparatus cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of LGP.
4. It is fully-automatic vapor pressure tester by PC control and operation.
Key Features:
1. The Automated Reid Vapor Pressure Bath consists of two parts: "built-in industrial computer and color touch screen" and "instrument host". The desktop structure and the integrated machine form have reasonable design, compact structure, low failure rate and stable and reliable operation.

The Reid Vapor Pressure Testing Equipment can automatically complete the sample pressure and temperature detection during the test; automatic management and control of the test process; automatic sampling, analysis and calculation of test data; real-time display of test curve of test process; automatic display of test results, etc. The instrument has high degree of automation, accurate test results, good repeatability and convenient operation.
3. The Reid Vapor Pressure Cylinder adopts advanced heating technology, while fundamentally achieving water and electricity separated, the separator used to cover the heating tube in the water bath is removed, so that the total height of the water bath is reduced, there is no dead angle in the bath, and the bottom is clearly seen. Water saving, it is also convenient for users to regularly clean the water bath.
4. The movement mode of the test bomb is changed from the traditional horizontal axial 350 degree rotation to the "saw plate" type movement, so that the sample is more fully stirred in the test bomb, more in line with the requirements of the standard, and the test results of saturated vapor pressure are more accurate.
5. Built-in heating protection function, when there is no water in the water bath or too little water, the system will automatically cut off the heater and stop the pump, which can avoid damage to the heater and pump.
