It is mainly used to tighten the axial tightening force of the anti-slip coefficient test piece, so that the operator can easily and quickly complete the preparatory work for the slip coefficient test, better improve work efficiency and reduce the burden on the operator. The machine adopts motor loading, gear transmission, universal adjustment, and is not affected by the external dimensions of the test piece.

3. Installation and debugging of torque testing machine
The machine should be used in an environment with no corrosive medium and no vibration, and the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. The electrical equipment of this machine should have grounding safety protection device. Due to the use of hydraulic oil, there should be safety and fire prevention measures around.
After the machine is stable, it will be more convenient to integrate the anti-slip coefficient detector on the workbench.

4-1. Before use, check whether the working machine is stable and the connecting parts of the test piece are free to move.
4-2. Check whether the motor is running normally and whether each process of the brake switch is valid.
4-3. Wipe the surface of the test piece clean, and check the appearance for obvious defects. If there is anything that can affect the test value, replace the non-destructive test piece.

5-1. The inside and outside of the testing machine should be kept clean and tidy to prevent corrosion of all parts.
5-2. Frequently check whether the track is clean or not. Generally, wipe and oil at least once a month.
5-3. When used frequently, the oil needs to be changed every six months. At the same time, use kerosene to thoroughly clean the oil tank, oil filter, and oil filter screen. Repeat it several times until it is cleaned, then wipe the bottom of the box with a towel, and then pour in clean oil. If the oil is found to be too turbid and can no longer be used, it should be replaced immediately.
