Product Introduction:
The Rotorless vulcanizer is the most widely used instrument in rubber processing industry to control the quality of rubber materials, fast test and rubber basic research. It provides accurate data for the optimal formula combination of rubber, and can accurately measure the scorch time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque and other parameters.

The vulcanizer consists of a host, a computer, a temperature measuring device, a temperature control device, a data acquisition and processing device, a sensor and an electrical interlock device. The temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of measurement and control module, platinum resistance and heater, which can automatically track the changes of grid and environment temperature, automatically correct PID parameters, and achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate temperature control.

The data acquisition system and electromechanical interlock can automatically detect the moment signal of rubber vulcanization process, and automatically display the temperature value and set value in real time. After vulcanization, it can automatically process, calculate and print vulcanization curve and process parameters. Display curing time and moment. The computer shows the vulcanization process in real time, from which the change of "temperature" and "time torque" can be seen at a glance.
