Our Pneumatic wheel-track molding machine is suitable to make samples for wheel track test. Usually it is used with wheel track tester.
It is an automatic instrument integrating mechanical, computer, electrical, and pneumatic control. Compared with similar products, it has the characteristics of small size, high degree of automation, strong functions, and convenient operation. It is an ideal instrument for asphalt mixture compaction molding .



I. Introduction:
Pneumatic wheel-track molding machine is mainly used for molding test pieces before wheel track test. The test piece can be used for testing the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures such as the high temperature resistance to rutting of asphalt mixtures, and the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture ratio designs.



II. Main technical characteristics:
1. Using color touch screen, the operation of the instrument, data display, and parameter input can be completed on the touch screen.
2. The display screen shows the parameters such as wheel temperature, wheel pressure, and number of rolling times in real time.
3. The Pneumatic wheel-track molding machine is designed with a self-diagnostic function, which can automatically judge various faults and automatically display fault codes.
4. Adopting advanced air pressure control technology, the pressure of wheel can be arbitrarily set and adjusted within the range of (0 ~ 20) kN.
5. The height of the test mold can be set and adjusted arbitrarily within the range of (30 ~ 100) mm.

7. The PWM modulation method is adopted. The temperature of wheel can be set arbitrarily, with high accuracy and good stability. The temperature is displayed in real time.
