Main technical specifications

 

1.Stainless steel frame can put and fix 2 cylinders without steel ring to avoid floating.There are 2 accurate flow meters and 1 control box includes all electron devices.

 

2. Stainless steel frame can be tested 88ºC.

 

3.There is a mixer on heating bath of glass jar.

 

4.Stainless steel heater.

 

5.Accurate and adjustable flow meter with connection of needle valve, supporting rackand exsufflator.

 

6.Two 500ml measuring cylinders with graduation and rubber stopper; in addition, airinlet and outlet pipe is set on the top.

 

7.Micro-computer controller with PID function and digital display temperature (permanent display during test) whose accuracy is 0.1°C;

in addition, it has Pt100 RTD temperature probe.

 

8.Contact control box is very convenient.

 

9.Maintain the mixed solution of coolant and water at 88ºC±1ºC constantly, and use steady airflow to ventilate for 5min to test the foam volume and its extinction time
