This machine is suitable for simulating all kinds of batteries in use, transportation, storage or disposal of household waste, the battery is squeezed and needled. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or catch fire.

This machine is suitable for simulating acupuncture conditions of various batteries during transportation and storage. The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20ºC±5ºC. The battery connected to the thermocouple (the contact of the thermocouple is fixed on the large surface of the battery) is placed in a fume hood, and a non-corrosive rust steel with a diameter of 2-8mm is used. The needle pierces the center of the largest surface of the battery at a speed of 10mm/s~40mm/s, keeps it for any time and observes the test result. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or does not catch fire.
