Introduction:
GD-SF04 Automatic Houillon Viscometer is an automated instrument for quickly determining the kinematic viscosity of oil products, designed and manufactured according to ASTM D7279. The instrument has the functions of automatic intelligent sampling, automatic testing, and automatic cleaning. It can work 24 hours a day, and its performance is comparable to imported similar instruments. The Patent No.: ZL 2016 1 0243188.1; ZL 2016 2 0328654.1.

Main Features:
1. The measurement speed is fast. The fastest time to get results in fast mode is 15 seconds, generally within 3 minutes, the whole process generally takes no more than 7 minutes.
2. High degree of automation. It can work 24 hours without interruption, and the sampling, measurement, cleaning, drying, result calculation, and repeatability calculation are all automatically completed. The measurement and cleaning and drying of the two viscosity tubes can be carried out at the same time.
3. It can measure many kinds of samples. It can measure transparent and opaque samples, including Newtonian liquids such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, cutting fluid, heat transfer oil, additives, lubricating new oil and in-use oil.
4. Accurate measurement data. The instrument has the function of secondary precise quantification, automatically cuts the sample liquid column, accurately controls the sample volume, no longer depends on the micropipette quantification, which avoids the limitation and deviation of the pipette quantification, and ensures the accuracy of the data.
5. With the function of intelligent cleaning, the best cleaning mode can be automatically selected according to the measured viscosity value.
