W-20A Webster Hardness Equipment (GW-079D) Equipment discription:

In addition to producing many Aluminum construction profiles, but also produce a variety of industrial profiles. Industry profiles are often used as force beam, so its very high hardness requirements. Webster Hardness Tester Universal jaw width of only 6.5mm, can only measure the thickness of 6mm the following sections. For more than 6mm thick industrial profiles, can not be achieved before the rapid measurement of the hardness of the site.

In response to these problems, we developed the material used to measure the thick-type W-20A Webster hardness tester, the jaw width increased to 13.5mm, measurable 6 ~ 13mm thick aluminum, the hardness of plate or pipe. This instrument adds a called "anvil seat cover" of accessories. Calibration of "anvil seat cover" set to the anvil seat, according to the method of general-purpose instrument calibration equipment. After calibration, with "Anvil seat cover" measurable 1 ~ 6mm thick material, remove the "Anvil seat cover" measurable 6 ~ 13mm thick material.

Calibration points: 1, the "anvil seat cover" set to the anvil seat. 2, rotating "anvil seat cover" so that "anvil seat cover" the direction of the arrow upward. 3, W-20 type apparatus according to the calibration step in calibration of instruments.
