Product Description

The zero drop tester is mainly used to assess the impact of the drop impact on the package during the actual transportation, loading and unloading process, and to evaluate the impact resistance of the package during the handling process and the rationality of the package design. The zero drop tester is mainly used for the drop test of larger packages. The machine uses an "E"-shaped fork that can move down quickly as a test piece bracket, and the test product is placed and balanced according to the test requirements (face, edge, corner test). During the test, the support arm moves downward at a high speed, and the test product falls to the base plate with the "E" type fork, and is embedded on the base plate under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber. Theoretically, the zero drop tester can perform drop test from the zero height range, the drop height is set by the LCD controller, and the drop test can be performed automatically according to the set height.
