Introduction:

The high temperature oxygen index tester is designed, developed and manufactured according to ISO 4589-3 (elevated temperature test) and British Naval Engineering standard NES 715.
The high temperature oxygen index measuring instrument is based on the ordinary intelligent oxygen index measuring instrument, and an electric heating device is added at the position of the combustion cylinder to preheat the mixed gas.
The ignition temperature of different materials at a certain oxygen concentration was tested.It is used to determine the combustion performance of self-supporting vertical strip or sheet plastic materials with a thickness of 10.5mm under test conditions. It is also applicable to the combustion performance measurement of vertically supported film or film materials.

NES 715:DETERMINATION OF THE TEMPERATURE INDEX OF SMALL SPECIMENS OF MATERIALS

Main features:

1. The Temperature Oxygen Index Tester is equipped with imported paramagnetic oxygen concentration sensor without service life limit (different from electrochemical sensor, the service life is only about 1 year).

2. The High Temperature OI Tester adopts high temperature resistant quartz glass cylinder, with an inner diameter of 40mm at the outlet, an inner cylinder (inner diameter greater than 75mm and height greater than 450mm), an outer cylinder (with a gap of 5mm ~ 10mm between the inner cylinder and the same height as the inner cylinder);    

3. The High Temperature Oxygen Index Instrument is equipped with self-supporting sample holder and non self-supporting sample holder;   

4. The Temperature oxygen index meter adopts nitrogen and oxygen mass flow controllers imported from Japan to accurately control the gas flow with an accuracy of 0.01l/min (different from the float flowmeter, the oxygen and nitrogen flow shall be adjusted manually);

5. The elevated temperature oxygen index test set uses patented gas flow mixing control to accurately control the gas flow;

6. After the oxygen concentration is set on the screen, the PLC LCD touch screen control system automatically adjusts the oxygen concentration according to the set value. Accurate and convenient control;

7. The patented gas mixing chamber ensures more accurate measurement of oxygen concentration and more sufficient mixing of oxygen and nitrogen;

8. The color LCD touch screen displays parameters such as flow, time and experimental results in real time;

9. Double flow meter and pressure gauge device: accuracy ± 1%;

10. The igniter is easy to operate.

2. After the oxygen concentration value is set, the system automatically adjusts the oxygen concentration;
