The amount of formaldehyde released from wood-based panels is an important indicator to measure the quality of wood-based panels, which is related to the environmental pollution of products and the impact on human health. The 1 m3 formaldehyde emission climatic chamber detection method is a standard method for the detection of formaldehyde emission of indoor decoration and decoration materials commonly used outside. The intelligent humidity control of this equipment adopts the dry-wet and dew point method and the intelligent integrated wet-control method:
Dry-wet and dew point intelligent integrated humidity control method: Combining the advantages of dry-wet method and dew-point method, the set humidity can be quickly reached within one hour by the dry-wet method, and when the set humidity is reached, it will automatically switch to the dew point method to assist humidity control.
