1. Overview

TYJJ-2 model Laser height and stagger gauge is a newly developed intelligent OHL (Over Head Line) measuring instrument developed by our company. The system consists of laser ranging, grating angular, track gauge, and horizontal measuring modules. Integrate the laser non-cooperative target ranging technology, grating angular technology two-dimensional coordinate measuring system and sensor information fusion technology. It provides a perfect solution for the railway department to establish a digital management platform for OHL parameters, erection of the electrified railway OHL and "state repair".

2. Assembly
The TYJJ-2 Laser height and stagger gauge is an all-in-one machine, and the measuring host part is connected with the measuring frame. The host functions include: laser measurement, vertical angle measurement; the measurement frame is a horizontal bar placed horizontally between the rails, mainly supporting the measurement host, measuring the gauge, measuring the horizontal tilt angle and so on.
