Product Description

Spectacle lens automatic drop tester product use:
This machine is mainly used to detect glass fiber products, glass products, plastic products and other materials (spectacle lenses). According to the specified weight of the steel ball, adjust a certain height to make the steel ball fall freely, hit the sample, and observe the degree of damage. Determine the fastness of the quality of the sample.

 Glasses lens automatic drop tester product features:
1. The main body of the machine is divided into two parts: the lens pick & place system and the steel ball drop system;
2. The pick-and-place system includes an Indexing table, which is divided into three equal parts, each of which has an adjustable size magazine (Magazine), which can place lenses with a maximum diameter of 100mm. The capacity of each magazine is 100 pieces. During the testing process, when the lenses of one magazine are used up, it will automatically rotate to another magazine to receive the material. Rotating the positioning plate is completed with a stepper motor or a start-up structure;
3. Each material box is placed on a platform with adjustable X and Y axes to adjust the center point (strike point) of the lens template;
4. The pick-and-place actuator composed of rodless cylinder, servo electric rod and vacuum suction cup sucks up the lens and sends it to the strike support tube and the bottom plate;
5. The steel ball drop system is composed of pneumatic fingers, lifting synchronous belt, steel ball recovery and replenishment system;
6. Pneumatic fingers are responsible for clamping and releasing the steel ball;
7. The lifting synchronous belt lifts the pneumatic finger holding the steel ball to the required drop height (1.27M);
8. The steel ball recovery and replenishment system will sort the steel balls from the lens that has been struck and return to the starting point of the steel balls, waiting for the pneumatic fingers to clamp it;
9. This machine uses PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen as the control interface, which is very convenient to use.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2.. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
