1. Functions:

The equipment is mainly used for dichloromethane impregnation test of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes. Used for impregnation test of dichloromethane on plastic pipes, fittings, etc. It is widely used in the production, inspection and research departments of pipes and fittings.
The machine meets the following standards: GB/T13526: Dichloromethane impregnation test method for rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes.
2.Feature
The whole material is 304 stainless steel.
Built-in heater, high heat transfer efficiency.
The refrigeration device is external. It has no effect on the temperature of the laboratory and no noise in midsummer.
The opening mode of box cover is air spring opening, which should satisfy the laboratory use space.

4.Structure and theory

Composition: Constant temperature bath, stainless steel container, sample fine hole filter, operating platform, temperature control and timing system, etc.

Principle: The temperature of the constant temperature bath is adjusted by the temperature control system, so that the temperature of dichloromethane in the bath reaches 15 +0.5 C. It can be dipped into the sample, kept the temperature and taken out. The instrument is simple to operate and easy to use.

5.Test operation

1. Sampling: Cut at least 160 mm pipe section from the pipe, carefully turning the section of the sample with a right-angle turning tool, and then gently polishing with 800 water sand paper to make the section smooth and smooth. For large diameter pipe, the specimen with good grinding section can be cut into 2-4 pieces along the axis direction. Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the sample carefully with a dry cloth.

2. Take out the stainless steel container, place it on the bench and pour dichloromethane into the stainless steel container. The height from the bottom of the fine-hole filter to the interface of the sample is the depth of immersion of the sample, not less than 30 mm. In the past, distilled water was slowly added to the container to form a water seal layer over 20 cm thick on dichloromethane.

3. Open the rear door of the fuselage, slowly add proper amount of cooling water to the transfer box at the bottom of the fuselage and cover it. Place the prepared stainless steel container in the thermostat bath. Up to the interface in the stainless steel container.

4. Connect the power supply to ensure that there is no mistake, turn on the power supply of the temperature control meter, display the temperature in the thermostat in large letters on the thermostat. When the room temperature is lower than 15 C, close the refrigeration cycle valve, display the test setting temperature in the lower row of the thermostat, press the "key, stop flickering the lower row cursor, use it with the upper and lower keys, input the corresponding temperature value (15 C), when the cursor stops. After flickering, the input value is stored in the instrument, that is, the temperature control is started. When the room temperature is higher than 15 C, pop up the heating button, open the refrigeration cycle valve body, open the refrigeration machine to set the refrigeration temperature until the temperature control meter is stable to 15 C.

5. When the temperature reaches 15 0.5 C, put the sample into the fine-hole filter of the sample, open the cover of the constant temperature bath and the inner cover of the stainless steel container, and put the fine-hole filter with the sample into the inner cover of dichloromethane. The impregnation depth of the sample is not less than 30 mm, and ensure that one end of the grinding surface of the sample is impregnated in dichloromethane, and then start the timing.

6. When the sample is kept at constant temperature for 30 minutes (minutes), open the cover of the instrument, lift the fine-hole filter, put it into the water-sealed filter and drip it (10-15 minutes). Finally, take it out and put it on the operating bench, and dry it for at least 15 minutes. (Note: The impregnated part of the sample should not be touched during removal and drying.)

7. Inspect the inner and outer surface and cross section of the sample with naked eye. Measure the damage length of the inner and outer surface and wall thickness with tape or vernier caliper, and record all changes.

The heat preservation system uses the inner liner as a whole to encapsulate the heat preservation. The material adopts two kinds of heat preservation materials. The heat preservation performance is good, and the long-term use of energy-saving benefits are remarkable.

When heating or refrigerating, the outer box is still close to room temperature, which greatly improves the safety of the whole machine and saves more than 70% of the power consumption.

6.Attention
1. Methylene dichloride is a highly toxic substance. Test operators must wear protective devices.

2. Dichloromethane should be replaced at any time when it is found that the test solution becomes turbid and affects observation and determination.

3. When waste dichloromethane is mixed with other fuels, it should be burned sufficiently to prevent the formation of phosgene.

4. Before use, check whether the cooling water in the fuselage reaches the marking line and add it in time when it is below the marking line.

5. Water seal must be used and the lid must be covered in time.

6, leakage emergency: personnel quickly evacuated to the safe area, cut off the power supply, fire source, and cover with foam, reduce steam disaster.

7. Environmental temperature: 20 + 2 C, humidity not more than 80%.
 8.It takes longer to reach the set temperature for the first time and stabilize in the range of temperature, which is a normal phenomenon. After stabilization, the experiment will be started.
